Down in Conference Semifinals

The second-seeded Spurs have been showing the Seattle SuperSonics why they were in that position. Overall, the Sonics have been pushing hard, but the distribution that is being laid down by the Spurs is too much.

Manu Ginobili scored 28 points; Tim Duncan added 25 and Tony Parker 22 to press against the Sonics. The San Antonio Spurs put out two fantastic performances during these first two games.

"I think we had two very solid performances. We did what we wanted. We prevented them from making so many threes, from running the fast break. Of course, we made mistakes, as always, because it's a game of mistakes. But overall, I think we did a very good job and we gotta try to play the same way over there."
